Adrian Peterson didn’t meet his 2-year-old son until the boy was already in a coma, Bobby Ruffin, who says he raised the child, claims in a Facebook post.

Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson is the NFL MVP, but as a father he seems to be more like MIA.

Peterson is talented at fathering children out of wedlock — he reportedly is the father of a 3-month-old girl born to a woman who works as a waitress at a popular Minneapolis club, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.

Peterson also found out recently that he had a 2-year-old son with a different woman — a child who was allegedly beaten by his mother’s boyfriend and died on Friday. The running back only learned the boy was his after submitting to a DNA test a few months ago, the Daily Mail reported.

Peterson’s 3-month-old girl is living with her mother, whom Peterson met when she served him as a waitress in the VIP area of Seven, a Minneapolis steakhouse and sushi joint rolled into a nightclub, TMZ reported. It was not immediately clear if Peterson was still involved in the waitress’ life. Her name was not revealed.

The man who claims to have raised Tyrese, Bobby Ruffin, slammed Peterson’s fans for sympathizing with the gridiron great, who is sometimes called “AP” because of his initials.

“I’m sick of the ‘poor AP s—!,” Bobby Ruffin ranted on his Facebook page. “He didn’t know or even meet my son. Sorry for the outburst but put yourself in my place.”

“Today has been a long day finding out my (daughter’s) brother passed away and knowing that she never even got to meet him,” she posted.

Peterson decided to play in a game two days after his 2-year-old son died, because, he said, football “gets me through the tough times.” He is expected to fly to South Dakota to attend his son’s funeral later this week, sources told the Mail.

The man who allegedly beat Peterson’s boy, Joseph Robert Patterson, 27, was jailed after being charged last week with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Prosecutors plan to ask a grand jury to consider more serious charges, The Associated Press reported.
