You should see a shrink – and we better not see you in court.

That was the message at the sentencing Thursday of a serial stalker who got convicted for violating a court order that he stay away from two Brooklyn judges.

Christopher Ransom, 22, was slapped with only 60 days in jail — less than the time he already spent there awaiting trial, meaning he’ll be released — plus three-year probation coupled with psychiatric treatment.

He pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation last year for faking internships with judges to obtain a courthouse pass. This April, he was charged with ignoring an order of protection when trying to weasel his way into the downtown Brooklyn court building.

“There can be no doubt that this defendant is an individual truly in need of psychiatric treatment,” said Supreme Court Justice Patricia DiMango, who testified against Ransom at trial, recalling she gave him the internship because he persisted and then discovered he wasn’t even enrolled in a college.

“I would like to see him get that help to ensure he’s a functioning member of society,” the judge added in her victim impact statement.

When it was his turn to speak, Ransom did little to assuage DiMango’s concerns.

“I live by a code of ‘I’m doing things my way’ and that isn’t right,” he said during a series of rambling comments.

Ransom, who got convicted earlier this month, could have gotten up to a year in jail.

But Justice Gene Lopez, who was brought from Queens to preside over the case, agreed with his colleague and ordered that the judicial junkie has his head examined rather than remain behind bars.

The judge also extended orders of protections on behalf of DiMango and the other jurist Ransom accosted, Ruth Shillingford, admonishing him to stay away from them. Again.
