Famed endurance swimmer Diana Nyad dove right in to help Hurricane Sandy victims.

Nyad will donate the money she raised during her last marathon stroke session to relief groups in the Rockaways and Staten Island, she announced Thursday.

Nyad swam 48 hours straight in Herald Square to benefit AmeriCares Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund, raising more than $ 110,000.

“We simply cannot forget our brothers and sisters who are still suffering,” she said in a statement.

That cash will go toward two counseling groups in Queens and Staten Island.

The Action Center for Education and Community Development in Arverne will conduct a year-long art therapy program for 150 kids.

In Midland Beach, Staten Island, Project Hospitality will counsel people who are still scarred, a year after 14-foot waves pounded the area and devastated property along with its owners.

“The 48 hours of swimming in Herald Square, such a vital and emotional event for everybody who participated and watched the live stream, at the very least brought the Sandy story back into the forefront of the public consciousness,” Nyad said.
