Port Authority Police say that Surjit Dhillon dragged one of its officers 75 feet with his livery cab following a confrontation at Kennedy Airport.
A gypsy cab driver dragged a Port Authority cop for 75 feet after the officer found him hustling for fares at Kennedy Airport, agency officials said Wednesday.
Surjit Dhillon, 31, of Queens, was on the sidewalk at Terminal 7 trying to lure arriving passengers into his 2011 Lincoln Town Car when a Port Authority cop approached and demanded to see his license about 8 p.m. Monday, officials said.

That’s when Dhillon ran into his car — which was in a no-standing zone — and sped off, running over the officer’s foot and dragging him, officials said.
The officer was thrown clear after Dhillon swerved and jumped the curb, officials said.

He was rushed to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, L.I., where he was treated for road rash, and an injured ankle and wrist. His name was not released.
Additional cops chased Dhillon onto the Van Wyck Expressway, where he was pulled over and charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and resisting arrest.
He was ordered held in lieu of $ 50,000 bail on Wednesday, officials said.
