Prospect Park will be shut down for six hours Friday as President Barack Obama comes to Brooklyn.
Officials say the park will be closed Friday from noon to 6 p.m. for security reasons associated with his visit.
The president is scheduled to speak at Pathways in Technology Early College High School, which he commended during his State of the Union address in February.
Later that night, he’s attending a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
The last fundraiser Obama attended in the city was in May.
