This Barnaby Draper Studios promotion defies reality, according to lawsuit.
A Brooklyn photographer who charged a couple $ 8,300 took more than a year to deliver botched photos and video of their wedding, a new lawsuit charges.
James Breheny and Violeta Truszkowska say in papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court that Barnaby Draper Studios promised to produce 2,000 photos and more than 15 hours of video of their October 2012 wedding.
Ultimately, they said they got the loose photos 11 months late — but no album, no slideshow and only 21/2 hours of video that even misspelled the bride’s name. They’re demanding more than $ 500,000 in damages.
Draper did not respond to calls and emails seeking comment.
