The New york City police Department is asking the public's's assistance identifying the suspect wanted for an attempted rape within the confines of the 42 Precinct. Details are as follows:Police are hunting for this suspect, who they say attempted to rape a woman in her Bronx building on Friday morning.

A creep tried to rape a 48-year-old woman in the Bronx, but ran off when his would-be victim began screaming, officials said Saturday.


The perv, described as a 35-year-old Hispanic male sporting a Philadelphia Phillies baseball cap, followed the woman into her building in the Bronx’s Tremont section at about 6:45 a.m. Friday morning, officials said.


As the woman walked up to the second floor, the suspect attacked her, police said. Once she started screaming, he scrambled down the stairs and ran from the building.

Paramedics took the woman to an area hospital, where she was treated and released.


Cops were hunting for the low-life Saturday night.
