Spoiler alert: A second Hispanic candidate has jumped into the race for Rep. Charles Rangel’s seat — possibly complicating state Sen. Adriano Espaillat’s bid to unseat the 22-term incumbent.

Yolanda Garcia, a Bronx community activist and head of the United Women in Action Coalition, collected 6,000 signatures, nearly five times more than she needs to get on the ballot for the Democratic primary, said campaign manager Richard Soto. Espaillat (D-Washington Heights) came close to unseating Rangel in the 2012 primary.
