NYPD Officers Face Arraignment in Violent Street Stop

Two New York City Police department officers were expected to be indicted Wednesday for punching a teenager over the summer.

Tyrane Isaac and David Afanador are charged with felony assault, criminal possession of a weapon and official misconduct.

Surveillance video shows 16-year-old Kahreem Tribble running from the officers in Bedford-Stuyvesant on August 29.

One of the officers throws a punch at the teen’s head, while the other apparently hits him with a gun.

Both officers are expected to be arraigned later today.
