The Bronx


A teenager was robbed at knifepoint in Castle Hill Friday afternoon, police said.


A group of men approached the 15-year-old victim at Westchester and Elder avenues at 3 p.m., according to cops.


One of the men pulled a knife and forced the teen to hand over a Michael Kors designer watch and a Fendi belt.


Cops describe the knife-wielding suspect as between 17 and 19 years old, weighing 200 to 230 pounds.




Cops are searching for a chain-snatching thief in Soundview.


The suspect was at East 172nd Street and Lawrence Avenue at 10:40 a.m. on Oct. 15 when he walked up behind a 37-year-old man and snatched a gold chain off his neck, cops said.


Police released this picture Saturday of an armed robber caught on surveillance video holding up a Morris Heights convenience store.


The thug had pulled a gun on a clerk inside the 7-Eleven on University Avenue near West 176th Street at 11:45 p.m., Oct. 25, according to cops.


He snatched $ 120 from the register and fled south on Macombs Road. There were no injuries.


The bearded suspect has a tear-shaped tattoo on his face, and is believed to be approximately 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, white gloves, and blue sneakers.




Brooklyn


A correction officer accidentally shot himself at a Brooklyn Heights detention complex, cops said.


The officer, whose name and age were not revealed, was in the Atlantic Avenue facility near Smith Street at about 11:20 a.m. Saturday when his weapon ­discharged.


He was treated at Bellevue Hospital for a non-life-threatening wound, authorities said.




A jaywalker was killed by a hit-and-run driver in East Flatbush, cops said.


The 59-year-old victim was jaywalking at Rockaway Parkway and Clarkson Avenue at about 2:20 a.m. Saturday when a dark-colored sedan plowed into him and sped away from the scene, police said.


The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, said cops, who did not release his name.




Manhattan


A 22-year-old man was busted in a street-corner assault on the Upper West Side, said cops.


John Bolden was charged with assault and disorderly conduct in the attack, which occurred at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, said cops.


Bolden’s alleged victim, also 22 years old, suffered a head laceration and was treated at Roosevelt ­Hospital.
