New Video Shows Man Tossing Smoke Bomb into Village Restaurant


Police released new surveillance video of the man who tossed a smoke bomb into a Manhattan restaurant.


In the new video, you can see the man emerge from a subway grate on the far right side, toss a smoke bomb, then go back underground.


It happened at Bar Pitti on Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village just before 5 p.m. on Friday.


Police earlier released a video of the incident from another angle. No one was hurt in the mysterious attack.


Police describe him as being about 20 years old with blonde wavy hair.


He was last seen wearing a black hat and a multi-colored shirt.
