Daily Blotter

The Bronx

■ A Bronx bruiser busted for scalping tickets outside Yankee Stadium twisted a cop’s arm to elude arrest and ran, officials said.

Investigators said Jacob Fashakin, 26, was selling tickets to the Bombers’ 1 p.m. tilt against the Baltimore Orioles on Sept. 24 when cops approached.

As they tried to arrest him, Fashakin flailed wildly, twisting one cop’s arm badly and allowing the scalper to scamper off, authorities said.

The officer was treated for arm and chest bruises.

Fashakin stands 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds.

Brooklyn

■ A for-profit burglar cleaned out the Bedford-Stuyvesant offices of multiple nonprofit organizations, authorities said.

Cops said Lacey Williams, 45, broke into the Lafayette Avenue headquarters of Project Re-Generation in the wee hours of Sept. 11, and pocketed a cellphone.

The next night, Williams again hit Project Re-Generation, which serves economically disadvantaged youths, swiping a TV, video-game console, computer, mountain bike and a cane, police said.

Investigators said Williams struck again between Sept. 13 and 15, raiding the offices of Magnolia Tree Earth Center.

Williams stole assorted items from the environmental nonprofit, housed next door to Project Re-Generation, cops said.

Later that week, Williams ransacked an adjacent home and business on Lexington Avenue on separate nights, officials said.

In his thefts on Sept. 17 and 20, Williams lifted credit cards, a camera, an iPhone charger and $ 20, investigators said.

Williams stands 5-foot-8 and weighs 160 pounds.

■ Police released new images of a would-be rapist who accosted a woman in Greenpoint on Sept. 28.

The sicko grabbed the 25-year-old woman from behind near Morgan Avenue and Driggs Street just before 3 a.m. and shoved her against a wall, authorities said.

The brave victim fought back before the creep could violate her, and he ran off, according to cops.

Queens

■ He punched his ticket — straight into the back of a police car.

An off-duty MTA bus driver was busted after he slugged a Queensboro Hill gas-station attendant during an argument over a malfunctioning lottery- ticket dispenser, authorities said.

Louis Cintron, 44, tried to buy a ticket at the Gulf station on Horace Harding Expressway near 154th Place at 9:50 a.m., Oct. 2, but the machine ate his money without dispensing a ticket, cops said.

When the attendant refused a refund request, Cintron punched him, police said.

The victim declined medical attention.
