FDNY: At Least Eight Injured in Fire at Brooklyn High-Rise Building

The New York City Fire Department says that eight people are hurt after a fire broke out Friday afternoon in a Brooklyn high-rise building.

Fire officials say they were called to the Brownsville building just after 4 p.m. Friday.

They say it appears to be a structural fire on the 12th floor.

Authorities say that none of the injuries are life-threatening.

The 22-story building is fireproof.
