Police are trying to identify a man who collapsed while jogging in Prospect Park and is now hospitalized in critical condition.

The NYPD released a photo of the man in a bed at Methodist Hospital attached to various tubes.
He is described as white, about 60 years old, 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was wearing blue jogging pants and a jacket and size 9-1/2 black Adidas sneakers when he collapsed in the park at 1 p.m. Dec. 31.
