A man was clinging to life Thursday morning after he was shot in the head and neck in Brooklyn, officials said.
Police said a 6-foot, 1-inch black man in a red hoodie blasted away at the unidentified victim on Sheffield Ave. near the corner of Livonia Ave about 9:15 a.m.

Paramedics rushed the victim to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
