The car flipped over at Wadsworth Ave. & W 183rd St. in Inwood Tuesday morning around 10:30 a.m.
Two cops were hospitalized Tuesday after their cruiser smashed into another car on a snow-swept Inwood street, officials said.
The driver lost control of the cruiser about 10:30 a.m. as it neared the corner of Wadsworth Ave. and W. 183rd St., officials said.

Responding firefighters had to use a hydraulic machine known as the “jaws of life” to rip open the doors and free the two officers, an FDNY source said.
One cop suffered a serious, but a not life-threatening injuries upon impact, officials said. The second officer had minor injuries.

Paramedics rushed both men to area hospitals for treatment.
