Body found with hands and feet bound in Harlem: cops

A man was found dead inside a Harlem apartment on Thursday — his hands and feet bound, law enforcement sources said.

Firefighters were called at about 9:30 a.m. to the E. 126th St. home near Second Ave., where they found the unidentified 59-year-old lying on a bed, the sources said. He died at the scene.

Cops are investigating the incident as a homicide Thursday afternoon.
