Two toddlers and a woman were found dead in a Queens apartment Sunday night, a bloody knife at their side, a police source said.
The gruesome discovery was made at, 90-20 Sutphin Boulevard, a police source said.
Police had blocked off an area near the crime scene, which is inside an apartment over a business called Primary Care Pharmacy.
