An off-duty cop was cuffed after he choked his girlfriend in a Queens home, police said.
An off-duty cop was arrested for choking his girlfriend in Queens, police said Monday.
Kenneth Avila, 42, allegedly pushed the woman, pulled her hair and choked her about 8:30 a.m. Sunday, cops said. She had no visible injuries, according to cops.

He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
The incident occurred in the 107th Precinct, but the exact address wasn’t released.
