A former Brooklyn plastic surgeon was hauled for a brief stint in the pokey Tuesday after copping to a botched liposuction procedure that killed an ex model.

Oleg Davie, 53, was shackled and led away after the negotiated sentence of two months in jail was officially imposed.

“By pleading guilty, he accepted responsibility for the matter that brought him before the court,” said defense lawyer James DiPietro. “He exhibited to me, and others, substantial remorse.”

Davie, a father-of-two, was initially charged with manslaughter in the 2012 death of 51-year-old Isel Pineda, who collapsed shortly after getting lipo in her thighs by the doctor.

But side effects of a heart transplant performed by TV Dr. Mehmet Oz eight years earlier may have contributed to her condition. That and other complications in the case weakened it substantially.

Prosecutors then allowed Davie, who was looking at up to 15 years in prison, to plead to a lesser count of criminally negligent homicide, as well as falsifying business records for scrubbing mentions of Pineda’s heart condition from her medical chart.

Besides the jail time, he received a five-year probation.

Pineda’s relatives were not present in Brooklyn Supreme Court for the brief hearing.

The disgraced doctor, who gave up his license even before his much-touted arrest last year, did not speak.

DiPietro said he advised his client to remain silent because there’s a pending civil case brought by the victim’s family.
