SEE IT: Dog plays fetch with homemade catapult

This is maybe the most dangerous game of fetch ever.

An online video shows a dog playing the popular game by himself thanks to a homemade catapult in his owner’s backyard.

The enthusiastic dog is seen playing over and over by taking a good sized rock that fits in his mouth, dropping it on the receiver and then jumping on the other end of a piece of wood until a spring activates it and the rock is sent flying out of sight.

The canine then quickly chases after it and after retrieving it hurries back to launch it again.

The backyard at the unidentified home is filled with small statues and some vehicles that could theoretically make good targets for a catapult. But the dog’s owners apparently don’t seem concerned with allowing him ammunition so close to the property.

At one point a vehicle drives by the yard – fairly close to where the rock is landing.

Instead of a “Beware of Dog” sign the property may want to add one that reads “Beware of Dog with Catapult.”
