Police have put out a sketch of the man who they believe stabbed a six-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman to death in Brooklyn.
Investigators think the man is responsible for two incidents in East New York over the weekend.
The most recent one happened Sunday night.
Prince Joshua Avitto was stabbed to death in an elevator at the Boulevard Houses. Seven-year-old Mikayla Capers was also stabbed and is in critical condition after undergoing surgery.
Authorities say a knife recovered at the scene was used in the attack.
It’s the same type of weapon used in a similar attack on Friday night.
Investigators say Tanaya Copeland, 18, was stabbed multiple times on Stanley Avenue near Linwood Street and later died.
The parents of both victims are pleading for anyone with information to come forward.
A $ 12,000 reward is also being offered.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, 25 to 35 years old, six feet tall, heavy set, wearing a grey shirt.
