Police say one person is dead and two others are critically injured after they were all shot in the head on Staten Island Friday evening.
Police say they found an 82-year-old man lying unconscious outside his car with a gunshot wound to the head at the corner of Rockwell Avenue and Clifton Avenue.
When they looked inside the car, police say they found a 47-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman with gunshot wounds to the head.
Police allege that the 82-year-old man shot the 47-year-old man outside a building on Virginia Avenue and then shot the 28-year-old woman inside the building.
They say that the 82-year-old man then fled to the corner of Rockwell Avenue and Clifton Avenue, where they say he shot himself.
The 28-year-old woman was transported to Staten Island University North Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The 47-year-old man was transported to Staten Island University Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
The 82-year-old man was transported to Richmond University Medical Center, where he is also listed in critical condition.
Neighbors tell NY1 that they are all part of the same family.
