A 28-year-old man has been busted in Georgia in the slaying of a romantic rival in Queens two years ago, police said.

Police say Tracy Johnson shot Shakey Foster-Bay in the arm, leg and torso on Galway Ave. in St. Albans on May 19, 2012.

The two were feuding over a woman, cops said. Foster-Bay, 24, died that day at Jamaica Hospital.

Johnson lives in Queens Village but has been staying in Snellville, Ga., with a girlfriend, cops said.

Police caught up with Johnson there Thursday after getting several tips, officials said. He was charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.

Johnson has more than 20 prior arrests over the last decade on charges including gun possession and auto theft, police said.
