Accused Brooklyn serial killer Salvatore Perrone is doing “a singularly ineffective” job of representing himself, a judge said Friday after he was handed a witness list with 49 people listed as Jane or John Doe.
Perrone, 65, is serving as his own lawyer in preparation for his Brooklyn Supreme Court trial for the execution-style slaying of three Brooklyn shopkeepers in 2012.
The unstable defendant ranted about not being given proper discovery information, at one point yelling to the judge, “Give it to me!”
Judge Alan Marrus also bashed Perrone for complaining about $ 78,000 he claims went missing from his home, saying: “The IRS might be interested.”
When the clothing salesman was collared, he told cops he was a CIA operative ordered to kill Jews by Arab men who paid him for his role in the murders, court documents said.
