Tragic fashion designer L’Wren Scott’s will is a final testament of love to longtime boyfriend Mick Jagger.
In papers filed Wednesday in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court, Scott, 49, left everything she owned to the Rolling Stones frontman, her partner of 13 years.
“I give all my jewelry, clothing, household furniture and furnishings, personal automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature . . . to Michael Philip Jagger,” the filing said.
Court papers estimate the value of her personal estate at $ 9 million.
Her main asset was the Chelsea condo where she hanged herself with a scarf this past March 17, stunning her friends family and the fashion world.
The 2,364-square-foot duplex condo is worth $ 8 million, the filings said.
The will pointedly excludes Scott’s siblings, Randall Bambrough and Jan Shane.
Sources said Shane and Scott had not spoken since their mother’s death six years ago.
Shane fought unsuccessfully to have her sister laid to rest in their native Utah.
Scott’s funeral was instead held at a small service at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Randall Bambrough, who Scott had appointed a director of her faltering fashion business in November, spoke at the service as did Jagger. Shane was not present.
The will also said Scott had no children and had “never been married” but the word “never” had been crossed out.
Scott had been married at least once before — a brief union with a developer named Anthony Brand in the 1990s.
Scott’s lawyer, Donald Perry of Philips Nizer, declined to elaborate on the court filing.
Scott did not leave behind a suicide note, and it’s a mystery why the 6-foot-3 stunner decide to take her own life.
Financial records from the United Kingdom show one of her companies, LS Fashion Limited, was drowning in red ink. It was almost $ 6 million in debt at the end of 2012, records show.
Her spokesman said last week that those numbers were misleading, and her financial situation wasn’t as dire as it seems, but also said that she’d been considering restructuring her business.
William Zabel, a top Manhattan probate lawyer who’s not involved with the case, said that no matter what Scott’s business problems were, her personal estate would likely be shielded from her corporate debts.
“Generally, corporate liability is just corporate assets. Odds are the corporate assets would be treated separately,” Zabel said, meaning Jagger, 70, wouldn’t have to worry about creditors coming after her estate cash.
The rock legend isn’t hard up for cash. He’s worth an estimated $ 300 million.
Scott was working as a stylist when she first met Jagger on a photo shoot in 2001.
The pair hit it off and were together for the next 13 years.
They made a striking couple, particularly because she was five inches taller and two decades younger than the 5-foot-10 superstar.
At the 2005 Golden Globes, Jagger singled out his lady love and jokingly thanked her “for not wearing heels” that night.
She told the Daily Beast in 2009 that Jagger, 70, was a fan of her work.
“God yes! Mick loves what I wear, and always has something to say about it! Look at the way he dresses! I don’t think there’s a more fashion-conscious man in the world,” she said.
Their relationship was one of Jagger’s longest. He was married to activist Bianca Jagger for eight years and supermodel Jerry Hall for nine years.
