The MTA says a person was struck and killed Friday by a 5 train as it pulled into a Manhattan subway station.
According to the MTA, the person fell from the platform to the track at approximately 4:15 p.m. Friday and was struck by an uptown 5 train as it pulled into the 59th Street station.
The MTA says all 4, 5 and 6 trains are running on the local track in both directions from Grand Central to 125th Street.
The identity of the deceased person has not yet been released.
