Sources tell NY1 Mick Jagger’s girlfriend, designer L’Wren Scott, has been found dead inside her Manhattan apartment.
Details are limited but sources say the death was the result of an apparent suicide.
Sources say her assistant called police around 10 a.m. after making the discovery inside the apartment located at 200 Eleventh Avenue in Chelsea.
They say officers found the 47-year-old her hanging by a scarf from a doorknob, but did not find a suicide note.
Scott launched her own label in 2006 and has released a number of collections since then.
An investigation is ongoing.
