Brooklyn Nets’ Game 7 Win a First for Franchise

The Brooklyn Nets have advanced to the second round of the NBA playoffs following a nailbiter of a Game 7 in Toronto on Sunday.

Brooklyn held the lead for most of the game, but the Raptors came on strong late in the fourth quarter to make things tight.

Toronto’s Kyle Lowry had the ball in the waning seconds with a chance to win the game, but his drive to the hoop proved unsuccessful.

The Nets hung on to win 104-to-103 for the first Game 7 win in franchise history.

They will face LeBron James and the defending champion Miami Heat in the second round.
