Nets Force Game 7 with Double-Digit Win over Raptors


The Brooklyn Nets will send their first-round series back to Toronto for a decisive Game 7 after a 97-83 win over the Raptors Friday night in Game 6 at Barclays Center.


The Nets jumped out to a 34-19 lead after one quarter, led by 19 at halftime and led by as many as 26 in the third quarter.


Point guard Deron Williams led the way for Brooklyn with 23 points. He added five rebounds and four assists.


Joe Johnson contributed 17 points for the Nets, while forward Alan Anderson had nine points and led the team with nine rebounds.


Toronto’s DeMar DeRozan led all scorers with 28 points.


Game 7 will be in Toronto on Sunday.
