Police are investigating what appears to be a drive-by shooting in Upper Manhattan Wednesday morning.
Police say it happened around 9:40 a.m. at the corner of 141st Street and Lenox Avenue in Harlem.
They say a man in a black sedan stopped outside Best Way Deli, fired in the direction of a group of men in their twenties outside the store and then drove away.
Officials say a man in his fifties was shot in the shoulder and is being treated at the hospital.
It remains unclear whether he was the intended target.
