DCPI Cops arrested the man shortly after 5 p.m. Monday.

A heartless creep was busted by cops after he was caught on tape kicking a helpless stray cat in Brooklyn, cops said Monday.
The 21-year-old cackling cat-kicker is seen on camera crouching down and suckering the cute kitty into booting range outside a building on Fulton St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant on May 2, cops said.
As soon as the cat is close enough, the man, whose name has not yet been released, kicked the cat with full force, sending it flying through the air into a nearby bush.
The man is then seen yucking it up and dancing in celebration.
Cops arrested the man shortly before 5 p.m., police said.
He has not been charged.
