More than 70 people are under arrest in connection with a child pornography investigation in New York, many of them leaders of their communities.
Federal authorities say the arrests are part of a five week long investigation into a peer-to-peer file sharing network.
They say most of the arrests are of people in the five boroughs or Long Island.
The suspects include at least one police officer, a Boy Scout leader, a Little League coach and a rabbi.
Officials call it one of the biggest local round-ups of child porn users and say it’s a reminder that they come from all parts of society.
City and state officials will join the feds to formally announce the charges later today.
