A new league is bringing semi-professional football to Brooklyn this fall.
The Fall Experimental Football League is hoping to give playing opportunities to the hundreds of young football players cut from NFL rosters in the last weeks of the pre-season.
The Brooklyn Bolts are set to be one of four teams when the league opens its first season in October.
The Bolts are partnering with the Brooklyn Cyclones, and will play out of MCU Park on Coney Island.
Other FXFL teams are coming to Boston, Miami, and Omaha, Nebraska.
