Brooklyn


Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman suspected of stabbing a man to death in his Brownsville home.


Chivona Hughes, 32, is wanted in connection with the slaying of 47-year-old Richard Saunders in his Legion Street apartment, ­police said.


Saunders was found at about 4:40 p.m. Sunday with multiple stab wounds to the head and chest, authorities said.


Hughes was described as standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 190 pounds.




A headband-wearing woman and a sidekick are wanted for making purchases at pharmacies across the city using cloned bank cards that tapped into the accounts of a Bushwick resident, according to authorities.


On Aug. 25, the suspects made purchases totaling $ 352.70 at Rite-Aids throughout the five boroughs, police said.


The woman is believed to be in her early 20s and was last seen wearing a black tank top and what police described as “some type of ring hair accessory on her head.”


The man is believed to be in his 30s, about 5-foot-1 and 210 pounds.


Manhattan


A raging Greenwich Village resident grabbed his gal pal by the hair and hit her in the face, law- ­enforcement sources said.


Daniel McDonald, 30, was seen cursing at the 29-year-old victim on West Third Street at approximately 4:40 a.m. Thursday, police sources said.


The victim suffered scrapes, pain and swelling to the knees and face but declined medical attention, authorities said.


McDonald was charged with assault.




A sharp-eyed cop nabbed a straphanger armed with an illegal gravity knife, law-enforcement sources said.


Brandon Shand, 22, was waiting for a train at the West 14th Street/Sixth Avenue station at about 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 18, when an officer saw the illegal knife in his pocket, sources said.


Cops searched Shand and found an electronic scale, Xanax pills and drug paraphernalia in his possession, sources added.


He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon. It was not immediately clear whether the pills were legal, sources added.




A bat-wielding thug attacked a man in Greenwich Village, police sources said.


For reasons not immediately made clear, Stanley Sacarello bashed the victim in the head at 4 a.m. on Sept. 16, according to authorities.


He was charged with felony assault.


The 27-year-old victim suffered a head gash and other, unspecified injuries, police said.


Staten Island


Two men robbed a cabdriver at gunpoint in Tompkinsville, police said.


The suspects were picked up by the 45-year-old livery cabby shortly after midnight on Sept. 12, cops said.


One man sat in the back seat while the other rode up front, according to police.


Both riders, armed with handguns, emanded that the cabby empty his pockets, cops said.


The victim turned over his GPS, a cellphone battery and $ 65 in cash, police added.




Cops nabbed a gun-toting thug in Port Richmond, authorities said.


Brian Pipkin, 41, was at Charles and Nicholas avenues a couple of blocks from his home at around 12:15 a.m. Saturday when cops on patrol spotted him with the weapon in his hand, according to a Criminal Court complaint.


He ran into a nearby house but cops found him hiding in a closet with the loaded pistol nearby, the court documents state.


Police recovered a Springfield XD semi-automatic gun loaded with 12 rounds, court papers state.


Pipkin was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a loaded firearm, according to law-enforcement authorities.


Queens


Cops are looking for a perv who exposed himself to a 5-year-old girl in a Rego Park shopping center.


The suspect approached the girl at 7 p.m. Monday in the Rego Park Center on Queens Boulevard, exposed his privates to her and fled, police said.
