God’s Only Demons Motorcycle Club is located on Butler St. in Brooklyn.
The city is trying to shutter a Brooklyn social club, claiming it’s a cesspool of violence and illegal alcohol sales.
God’s Only Demons Motorcycle Club, on Butler St. near Fourth Ave., has been the scene of a fatal shooting and its owner flaunted liquor license laws, leading a boozed-up teenager to pass out, according to papers filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
The nondescript storefront is tacked in a mostly industrial area strip bordering tony neighborhoods Park Slope and Boerum Hill, about a block from an elementary school and eight blocks from the Barclays Center.
Nearby businesses have complained about wild parties hosted there.
In October 2012, a 43-year-old man was fatally shot in the head during a dispute that started inside the club and another man was injured in the mayhem.
An inspection five months later revealed that alcohol is stored there without a license, court papers said.
Then in August 2013, a “severely intoxicated” 16-year-old was taken to the hospital after “falling unconscious inside the subject premises” during a party held by his high school friend where minors were served alcohol, according to the complaint.
“The operators of the establishment appear to have evinced a ‘business as usual’ attitude” regarding the banned booze, the Feb. 10 document said, arguing the club is a public nuisance.
The city is seeking to shut the place down for a year and have its owners pay $ 1,000 each for every day it has caused trouble.
Representatives for the club or the man listed as the property owner could not be reached.
