Cops have charged Malik Malone, 19, with second-degree murder, robbery and criminal use of a firearm.
Cops have charged a suspect with killing a man over a drug-filled vest earlier this month in Brooklyn.
Police nabbed Malik Malone, 19, of Brooklyn, on Thursday in the Feb. 5 murder of Brandon Burgos, 20, outside the Pink Houses in East New York, police said Friday.

Malone, who was arrested several times as juvenile, shot Burgos once in the torso and then stole his vest, which was stuffed with drugs, police said.
Burgos, of the Bronx, who had 10 prior arrests for an array of crimes including robbery and criminal possession of a controlled substance, was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital, where he died, authorities said.
