What a pair of pinheads!

Two crooks broke into a Bronx bowling alley after cutting a hole in the building’s roof a bit bigger than a bowling ball, officials said Saturday.

The two suspects slipped down into Bowlerland on Hollers Ave. near E. 233rd St. in Co-op City at about 4:50 a.m. Friday morning, officials said.

They then rifled through six cash registers inside the 32-lane bowling alley and lounge, taking an undetermined amount of cash, officials said.

The duo struck out in the fashion department, however: surveillance video taken during the burglary shows one of the men wearing a shirt with the words “Wild Thing” emblazoned across his chest, officials said.

His partner in crime wore a shirt with the word “Taylor” on it, said police.

Cops were still looking for the two thieves.

It was not immediately revealed just how the thieves cut their way into the roof.

Bowlerland was open Saturday night, but employees would not comment on the break-in.

In 1995, an elderly butcher was killed and his brother wounded in a drive-by shooting outside Bowlerland in what police then described as a murder-for-hire plot, officials said.

Anyone with information regarding this theft is urged to contact NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
