A man was found shot to death inside a rental van in the Bronx, officials said Saturday.
The van was discovered half-ditched in a thatch of weeds on a service road alongside the New England Thruway at Reeds Mill Lane in Co-op City shortly after 9:30 p.m., officials said.
The unidentified man, described only as being in his 30s, had been shot multiple times, cops said. His body was located in the rear of the van.
Several suspects were seen running from the area after the shooting, witnesses told police.
Cops were investigating the shooting early Sunday.
