First Lady Chirlane McCray made a big Gracie Mansion announcement Tuesday – but it wasn’t a move-in date.

She said that Meredith Horsford would be executive director of the Gracie Mansion Conservancy, the non-profit that raises money for the official mayoral residence.

Horsford had been deputy director of the Historic House Trust, which preserves homes in city parks. She donated the maximum, $ 4,950, to Mayor de Blasio’s City Hall campaign last year.
