Police Seek Man Who Allegedly Attacked, Robbed Woman in Queens Apartment


Police are asking for the public’s help tracking down a man who they say attacked and robbed a 71-year-old woman in her Queens apartment.



Police say the suspect seen in the surveillance photo at left followed the victim into her Flushing apartment around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.


That’s where police say he pushed the woman down and stole her purse.


The man ran away, and the victim was taken to the hospital with a broken leg, according to police.


Police say the suspect was wearing construction gear and carrying a toolbox at the time.
