A bicyclist was fatally struck by a livery cab in East Harlem Monday morning, cops said.
The cyclist, who’s believed to be in his 30s, was riding next to the livery cab traveling south on Park Avenue around 5:15 a.m. when the cabbie made a left onto East 108th Street and struck him, cops and officials said.
The biker was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in traumatic arrest and later succumbed to his injuries, officials said.
The driver of the cab was taken into custody and charges against him are pending, police sources said.
The identity of the biker is pending family notification, cops said.
