Only one man still stands in the civil court battle stemming from the fight-heard-round-the-world starring Chris Brown and Drake over Rihanna at the SoHo hotspot W.i.P.– 10 other bystanders who were injured in the 2012 bottle-service brawl settled their lawsuits Tuesday.
Brown’s longtime bodyguard Patrick Strickland, 44, of Queens Village is the only hold out among 10 plaintiffs who sued club operators, its security company, and the warring rappers over the superstar melee, The Post has learned.
“We have resolved the case,” said Gerald McCarthy, lawyer to Cassidy Hollie, an Australian tourist who was caught in the love triangle fracas.
Lawyers repping the defendants declined to comment, saying the settlement was confidential.
Strickland was protecting Brown on June 13 at the Varick Street nightclub when Drake allegedly had a server pass a note to Rihanna’s beau that read, “I am f–king the love of your life,” according to court papers.
Strickland received 25 stitches after someone cracked a vodka bottle over his head.
Among the plaintiffs who settled their cases is NBA star Tony Parker, who was hit in the eye with shards of glass.
