Evelyn Rogers pleaded guilty Thursday to having sex with a 15-year-old.
A female special-ed teacher admitted Thursday to having sex with a 15-year-old student, but skirted jail time.
Evelyn Rogers, 34, will get 10-years’ probation for a statutory rape charge after copping to engaging in extracurricular activity with the Brooklyn boy on at least four occasions between August and September of 2012.
The married mother, who taught at High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media in Canarsie, will also have to relinquish her teaching license and register as a sex offender.
Authorities wouldn’t say whether the 15-year-old was one of Rogers’ students.
Rogers answered the judge’s questions in a barely audible voice and left the courthouse with a heavy coat covering her face. She’ll be sentenced April 10.

Her lawyer declined comment.
The liaisons with the student took place in the teacher’s car and were exposed last year after someone complained, triggering an investigation by Special Commissioner of Investigation.
The lenient sentence was given by Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Foley over the objection of prosecutors, who offered Rogers a plea deal that carried a three-year prison term.
The judge didn’t explain her decision, but last summer Foley accepted a similar probationary plea deal that prosecutors made with Erin Sayar – a teacher who faced nearly identical accusations for bedding a 16-year-old student.
A law enforcement source said the heavily tattooed Sayar was given a more favorable offer partly because she suffers from a terminal illness.
