A XXX-con has been busted in Harlem for watching porn in public.

Rudolph Campbell, 48, was caught in the act viewing the video “Extreme A—s #18″ on a portable DVD player in plain sight of parents and children, cops said.

Campbell was standing on the sidewalk on W. 130th St. near Lenox Ave. at 6:15 p.m. on March 31 watching the smut on a DVD player he had running on a stranger’s stoop, Butler reported.

Officer William Butler of the 32nd Precinct noted in an arrest report that he could clearly see images on Campbell’s player that were “recklessly creating a risk” and “obstructed vehicular and pedestrian traffic.”

“I observed that the defendant was standing directly in the middle of the sidewalk without moving, and that multiple people, including at least three small children, had to walk around him in order to continue walking down the sidewalk,” Butler wrote.

In exchange for his release with time served, he pleaded guilty Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court to public display of offensive sexual material, a misdemeanor.

Judge Bruna DiBiase asked Campbell if he had displayed “visual representation of a person or a portion of the human body that predominantly appeals to the prurient interest in sex and simulated sexual conduct” in order to “cause public inconvenience, annoyance, alarm to the public?”

“I would have to say yes, only being the tape was a video. Yes,” Campbell said.

Campbell, who gave his address as a Brooklyn homeless shelter, has more than 30 prior arrests, on charges including trespass, assault and drugs.

Records show he served two state prison terms, one for possession cocaine in 1991. He violated parole three times, once getting caught with a razor in a city jail.

He could not be reached for comment.

Richie Williamson, an award-winning documentary film editor, confirmed that it was his stoop Campbell was using to watch the 2012 video featuring stars with stage names like Kelli Staxxx and Pamela Foxxx.

Williamson told the Daily News he was surprised when cops knocked on his door and asked if he knew Campbell.

“I didn’t know him,” Williamson said. “I’ve lived here since 2006 and never experienced anything like this. You can’t tolerate that stuff.”
