Homicide charges for more than two dozen people are expected following the apparent hazing death of a Baruch College student in December.
The New York Times reports that Pennsylvania police will likely charge some 30 Pi Delta Psi fraternity members involved in the death of 19-year-old Michael Deng.
Investigators say the Queens native died while taking part in a hazing ritual during a trip to the Poconos with the fraternity.
They say he was blindfolded, carrying a heavy backpack while fraternity members hit him, causing head trauma.
Police say the men waited 90 minutes before taking an unconscious freshman to the hospital.
A coroner ruled his death a homicide.
Some of the students have been suspended by Baruch and there could be more disciplinary action after the criminal investigation.
The fraternity has been disbanded.
