A grand jury indicted 11 men in connection with the Manhattan motorcycle road rage incident.
NYPD undercover detective Wojciech Braszczok faces gang assault, criminal mischief, riot and other charges.
Prosecutors accuse him of breaking the back window of an SUV that was involved in an altercation with a group of motorcycle riders on September 29.
Three others were charged with criminal possession of a weapon
There were 14 counts in total, including coercion and riot.
SUV driver Alexian Lien has not been charged.
