This incredible girl is only five foot tall and less than eight stone – but she’s stronger than many professional athletes.

The stunning 17-year-old is solid as a rock, and is an inspiration for young women involved with strength training around the world.
The ultimate test of fitness, CrossFit is a mix of gymnastics, weightlifting , powerlifting , kettlebells, rowing, running, climbing and swimming.

Suzanne Svanevik has become an inspiration for young women involved with strength training around the world.
The petite powerhouse started doing CrossFit two years ago when her brother opened up Bergen’s first CrossFit gym, and she’s been going strong ever since.
Suzanne has a gruelling schedule, working out twice a day and at least six times a week to maintain her peak level of fitness.

Suzanne Svanevik proves there are few things in this world she can’t lift.
Her routine includes morning cardio, strength training, stretching, weightlifting and powerlifting.
Suzanne said: “There are so many cool things you can do with your bodies if you just explore and experiment, I want to learn it all.
“It’s inspiring to see people who are strong, flexible and acrobatic all at once.
“In crossfit we use the body for what it is worth, the sessions are often short, and the shorter the workouts the more intense it is.
“Keeping motivated at this level is hard and the best I can do is stay focused and appreciate what I have achieved along the way.”
