A driver allegedly lost control of his SUV and struck a mother and two children, killing one child.
The driver of an SUV lost control of the vehicle and plowed into a mother walking with two kids in Brooklyn, killing one of the children, officials said.
The driver of a red Ford SUV lost control, mounted the sidewalk and slammed into an apartment building with a pharmacy on the ground floor on the corner of Dekalb Ave. and Clermont Ave. in Fort Greene about 12:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

The vehicle struck a mother and her two children, officials said. The mother, one child and another adult were rushed to Kings County Hospital.
The second child died at the scene, officials said.
