“No one except my close family has even seen me wear short sleeves,” she tearfully told Federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto.

Derrick Diaz, 40, of New Jersey, was confronted by the brave victim, now 21, in Brooklyn Federal Court.

“No one except my close family has even seen me wear short sleeves,” she tearfully told Federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto. “Do you have any idea what it’s like to not know when you come out of the shower if there’s going to be someone in the house? Diaz whined that he pulled the robberies because his home was sinking into foreclosure.
